Brian Helgemo
In the past 16 years, Brian has helped over 2,000 families buy and sell property. He is consistently ranked a top agent for the entire Board of Realtors. Brian belongs to the industry’s most powerful real estate coaching program, which only the top 1% of all Realtors belong to nationally. Brian lives in Punta Gorda with his wife Bonnie and two boys. Brian is a Southwest Florida native, and his entire family reside in Charlotte County. As a lifelong resident and avid boater, Brian has extensive knowledge of the local area, both on and off the water. Many of his customers think of Brian as a Community Liaison and continue to refer friends and family resulting in Brian’s business growing by 20% each year.
Real Estate is in Brian’s blood. His grandmother was among the first women Realtors in the state of Florida. Today, his uncle owns and operates the firm that his grandmother started all those years ago. “My dad practiced real estate law early in his career. He also owned and sold many properties through the years both by himself and with his brothers,” he says. “It’s definitely a big part of the family legacy.”
