I want to take a minute to let you know that today I sold one of my favorite buyers, who already have a home in Olde Naples, a condo at So|Ce Flats and it was all due to Shannon May. I called her weeks ago randomly to ask her about the development. I did not have a single buyer interested in the project, but she was kind and very knowledgeable and when I realized she wasn’t brushing me off I relaxed and felt very welcomed to come and look at the project at any time. I was having lunch with the buyers and I asked if they would like to look at So|Ce Flats. Very professional and always responsive and in constant contact with both buying and selling. We had two transactions, buying and selling, and through all the variables and things a real estate transaction can encounter it was so good to have them working for us (I sold a home on my own several years ago and it turned out to be a nightmare, so glad I paid to have someone else deal with the legalities and buyer this time).
