Sara Weichhand

Born and raised in Chicago's North Shore area, Sara's parents reside in Naples where Sara and her family also relocated falling in love with all that the area has to offer. Sara inherited her family’s passion for real estate and as the daughter of a local interior designer, she developed an eye for seeing potential in homes that others may miss. From how best to arrange a room to efficient ways to make a house a home that works.

 

Sara graduated from the University of Michigan with a B.A. in economics and started her career analyzing and selling mortgage-backed securities. Later, she became a licensed mortgage broker. Sara's first-hand experience in the banking and lending aspects of the residential mortgage market makes her uniquely qualified to guide you through the complex and emotional real estate transaction process.

 

Sara currently lives in Naples with her husband, Steve, two sons, Carter and Jay, and their lovable Bernedoodle, Charlie.
