Shannon May

Shannon was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. After studying business and working in the medical billing field at UCLA she formed and ran her own medical billing company servicing some of Los Angeles’s top surgeons as her clientele.

 

In 2002 real estate was booming in Miami and she identified the opportunity and pursued it. She got her Real Estate license and entered her real estate profession at Majestic Properties selling “The Collection”. Over her career, Shannon would become a multi-million dollar top-producing pre-construction specialist selling eleven of Miami Beach’s elite luxury high rises and direct beachfront homes. She worked closely with premier developers and brokerage firms that brought the “modern loft” concept to the Miami area. She became one of the most recognized and sought-after pre-construction professionals in the area.

 

During the real estate crash, Shannon and her husband saw an opportunity and bought many undervalued investment properties on the west coast of Florida. After rehabbing and designing the interiors of the properties in Sanibel, Fort Myers, and Naples she fell in love with Naples. In 2013 the decision was made to move to Naples, continue with real estate sales, start a property management company with their real estate holdings and raise their children in the peaceful Naples setting.

 

Shannon truly enjoys being an agent with Compass and sharing with her clients her love of the Naples community and lifestyle. Focusing on new developments is her specialization and seeing a project through the entire cycle from pre-construction sales to the completion of construction she finds very rewarding. Working alongside both developers and buyers while uniting them during the process is what she loves most in the real estate field.

 

Shannon is a PTO member at Gulfview Middle School and Naples High School. In her spare time, Shannon enjoys yoga, boating, cycling, and traveling with her family.
